At DBG Apparel, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or other buyer-related reasons.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Please carefully review your order details, sizing information, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund
The resolution offered will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
