We partner with Gelato to produce and ship items from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible. This helps reduce shipping times, costs, and environmental impact.

2. Order Processing Time
Typical production time: 1–5 business days
Production time may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)

Once your order has been produced, it is handed over to shipping carriers for delivery.

International: 4–10 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or peak demand periods.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship globally using Gelato’s international production network.

Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available production facility to your delivery address, which may be located in a different country than the store owner.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Product type and weight
Fulfillment location

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees applied by local authorities.
8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be:

Produced in different locations
Shipped separately
Delivered at different times

Each shipment will include its own tracking information.

We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional costs required to re-ship returned orders due to address errors

Because products are made to order:

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection
Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged, defective, or lost items
